Linking to objects, files or views will require the user to log into the M-Files Web Access, if appropriate, prior to accessing the relevant item. Type the URL into your browser directly or use a search engine to find it. To convert your link, here’s what you need to do: Open Google Drive. In the window that pops up, make sure the link sharing setting is set to Anyone with the link can view. Or you can right click and choose 'View image' and the direct URL will be in the address bar at the top of the browser. Right-click on the file and select Get shareable link. Click on it and then you can choose 'View all sizes.' Click on the photo size you want and then if you right click and choose 'Copy image location' it will copy the direct URL to the clipboard for you to paste.
